For DC motor speed control where low cost and good performance is important, we recommend the smallest DC-series from Parker Hannifin as the best alternative. They are available for armature currents up to 3, 6 and 12A and together with small installation dimensions and good adaptability, it makes the DC-series a suitable choice for controlling permanent magnet or shunt wired motors, where the control unit is single phase feeded.
