1. General information

The Stabe webshop is operated by Stabe Drives AB, Bryngelshusgatan 9, SE-302 48 Halmstad, Sweden. Registration number: 556851-3153. Stabe applies General Terms of Delivery according to contract NL09 from Teknikföretagen in Sweden.

2. Order

Companies and private customers can order products from Stabe at our webshopmail Stabe or call telephone +46 (0)35-7779433. You can also apply to become a Contracted Customer with your own login and beneficial prices at Stabe. Your incoming orders will be responded with an Order Confirmation via mail. All orders are considered as binding. If you have ordered by mistake, you must therefore immediately contact Stabe. Stabe also reserves the right, without having to provide justification, to deny a customer of ordering. 

3. Prices

All prices on this website are mentioned in Swedish Crownes without Swedish VAT, at the moment 25%. You can choose to see all prices in EUR in the webshop via the footer, with or without VAT. Companies outside Sweden but inside the EU do not pay VAT if they provide their valid VAT registration number when ordering. Private customers inside the EU, will be added VAT on their invoice, at the moment 25%. Stabe reserves the right for VAT increase and other changes in price that is out of our control. Price for freight, depending on weight and size, will be added on the invoice. Companies can apply to become a Contracted Customer at Stabe with their own login and beneficial prices at Stabe.

4. Payment methods

• PayPal

• Prepaid via invoice (countries inside and outside the EU)
New companies inside and outside the EU, pay via an invoice to be prepaid before shipping. Countries inside the EU need to provide a valid VAT registration numberg, to be able to buy without Swedish VAT. For agreements or questions concerning other payment methods, please contact Stabe.

• Invoice (only inside Sweden)
Companies in Sweden can pay via invoice, after approved credit rating. Buy today and pay within 30 days after delivery. We ask you to provide your invoice number when you pay. If your payment is delayed or not done, your invoice will be increased with and interest of 8%.

5. Delivery and freight

Orders will be taken cared of and delivered as soon as possible by Stabe AB. Normally products in stock at Stabe, will be sent 1-3 working days after received and verified order, or after payment if so agreed. If you wish express delivery the same day (extra cost will be added) please contact Stabe. In some cases the products will be delivered direct from factory (extra cost will be added). If some of your ordered products has substantially longer delivery time, we will inform you. For transport within Scandinavia we normally use DHL Freight. For transport to other countries we normally use UPS or TNT. Freight cost will be added depending on the weight of the goods and the destination. Stabe cannot be held responsible to deliver products that has become out of sale or discontinued. If your ordered product has been discontinued, we will offer a corresponding product.

6. Delayed delivery

If there, by any reason, should be a delay in delivery time – Stabe will contact you. Of course we will do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. You as a client have the right to cancel your order if the delay is extensive. There can be situations which makes it impossible for us to complete and order, for example if our suppliers cannot complete their obligations towards us. Stabe stipulates the right to disclaim from compensation to customer, at such situations or delivery delay.

Important! In rare cases the freight companies lose packages and goods. Those can not be compensated.

7. Guarantee

We want all our customer to be 100% satisfied with their orders. If you get any problem with a product, please contact us. Normally the customer pays freight cost to the repair shop. Invoice of payed product valids as guarantee and all invoices are saved in our invoice system. Stabe gives guarantee according to our suppliers conditions, which is normally one year guarantee. For repaired units Stabe gives 3 months of guarantee.

8. Right to return /Rights of regret

Customer must contact a sales engineer at Stabe AB to see if it is possible to regret the the payed order. If it is a standard product in stock, it is usually possible to get fully re-paid. This consists in unbroken package and if the customer has contacted us within 14 days within delivered product. If the package is opened or is a special order, particular conditions is applied. Please contact Stabe. Delivery- and return costs is the buyers obligation.

9. Reclamation

For reclamations, Stabe applies agreement NL09 from Teknikföretagen in Sweden. Contact Stabe as soon as possible.

10. Reservation

Stabe dissents from faults in facts and pricelists on the website and in the webshop. 

11. Cookies

According to the law about electronic communication, that came into force 25th of july 2003, all that visits a website should be informed if cookies are used. When you visit this webiste, cookies will be saved on your computer. Theese cookies are so called ”session cookies” and are used to save your login (if you are logged in) and your basket while shopping. Session coookies are not stored for a longer time in your computer, but will disappear when you close your browser.

If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can adjust your browser to automatically deny cookies or that it will inform you when a website are using cookies. If you close down cookies you will not be able to shop, because your shopping basket and the login demands cookies to work. But you can surf around in the webshop, without having cookies activated.

12. Stabe protects your personal data accordning to GDPR

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) comes to force the 25th of May 2018. It replaces the former swedish Personal Data Law (PuL). 

It is important for us at Stabe, that you feel safe about how we handle your personal data. Because of that we are open about how we collect, treat and share the personal data we save in our company. Our goal is to create a good experience for you as a customer at Stabe. We therefore need your personal data – so that you for example can login to our webshop and get our newsletters. We never sell or leave your personal data or mail address, without your permission, to any other company or organisation outside Stabe. You can also shop anonymously in our webshop.

GDPR says that you as a customer have the right to order all registered facts with your personal data from Stabe.
